Decent-sized room, good view from Harbour view room. Lovely pool and poolside service. Convenient location near Exhibition. Comfortable room, excellent room amenities. Clean room, super comfy bed, no noise. Labeled light switches, good service. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy reservation process, solution-oriented behavior. Great for business, quick access to convention center. a great stay.

During our recent stay at Grand Hyatt, we were blown away by the fine view of Victoria Harbour from the room. The buffet breakfast included in our rate was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We found the hotel to be well-decorated, furnished, and managed. The Chinese and Steak House restaurants stood out with their really good food and service. Despite a few minor setbacks, the overall experience was positive, and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing romantic getaway for our anniversary. The hotel staff were very good too make our room special, with balloons, petals, and champagne. The location was perfect, with easy access to the metro and ferry. We were able to explore the city easily. The hotel had a beautiful pool and a great selection of restaurants to choose from.

The walk to the nearest metro station was a bit long and could be tiring after a day of sightseeing.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist us. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with a separate bathtub and rainforest shower. We enjoyed the stunning view of the harbor from our room. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the Conference Centre, ferry, and metro station.

One downside was that the pool area could get quite crowded, as it was shared with guests from another hotel.

It was a bit of a challenge finding a spot to relax due to the high number of people. the presence of smoking at the pool bar was disappointing, as it posed a health hazard for those who are sensitive to smoke.

Staying here was a luxurious treat! We were pampered with exclusive amenities like a full-service spa center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and jacuzzi. the Spa lounge offered body scrubs, beauty treatments, waxing, manicures, facials, foot. the heated swimming pool had sun loungers and a shallow end. the hotel also had a restaurant, poolside snack bar, bar/lounge area, coffee/tea in the lobby, and Special diet menus. We enjoyed the delicious in-room breakfast, and were impressed with the private facilities. Cons: the extensive construction outside caused a minor inconvenience and ruined the city view. the walk to the ferry was a bit difficult, but it wasn't a far walk anyway.

The hotel is conveniently located in the bustling city, close to the convention center and within walking distance of the Wan Chai district. it is easily accessible with a Metro station nearby. The rooms are beautifully designed and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a complimentary in-room espresso machine and a cell phone for guests to borrow. The lounge offers a breathtaking view of the harbor and provides excellent service, serving real champagne and delicious food.

The hotel could improve on its wifi connection.

The staff here are really good - always friendly and willing to help with any request. The hotel facilities are great, including a clean and well-maintained pool area. The location is perfect, close to the conference center and conveniently near the harbor side. Transportation is easy with the Wanchai MTR station just a short walk away. The breakfast provided is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

The hotel was great with its amazing staff, fantastic dining experience, and high standards of the pool area and gym. The private couple's massage room was a luxury and relaxing experience. The hotel's location was convenient for attending the exhibition.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness centre, Swimming pool, and Massage services. the Spa lounge was a peaceful oasis with a steam room and sauna, and the pool area also featured sun loungers and poolside snack bar. the location was excellent, with easy access to the city centre and adjacent to a waterfront. the room advantages were also impressive with a stunning view and well-stocked minibar.

The only minor issue was that the restaurant was slightly overpriced compared to other dining options in the area. this was offset by the privacy of the in-room breakfast and snack bar.

Spectacular views of fireworks, helpful staff, clean rooms, great gym equipment, magnificent breakfast, access to club lounge with stunning views of Victoria Harbour.
